subscriptions or add-on credits.
14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of your initial purchase.
Requests submitted within 14 days are eligible for a full refund of the
first subscription payment.
Renewals and Add-ons
- Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable after the 14-day window.
- Add-on credits are refundable only if they are unused.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at heywalkerman@gmail.com with your order ID and the email used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
We may provide refunds where required by law or at our discretion for
exceptional cases.
